Auszug der Satzung der Prof. KH René Koczorek Stiftung

 

§ 1 Name, Rechtsform, Sitz

  1. Die Stiftung führt den Namen Prof. KH René Koczorek Stiftung.
  2. Sie ist eine rechtsfähige Stiftung des bürgerlichen Rechts.
  3. Ihr Sitz ist in München.

§ 2 Stiftungszwecke

  1. Zweck der Stiftung ist die Förderung von Wissenschaft und Forschung sowie des öffentlichen Gesundheitswesens und der öffentlichen Gesundheitspflege (jeweils im Sinne von § 52 der Abgabenordnung) insbesondere auf den Gebieten entzündlicher rheumatologischer und autoimmunologischer Erkrankungen (z. B. Progressive Systemische Sklerose, Rheumatoide Arthritis, Lupus Erythematodes, Morbus Crohn) mit dem Ziel der Erforschung und Fortentwicklung von Therapiemethoden für Erkrankungen des vorgenannten Formenkreises, und/oder die Förderung von Mildtätigkeit durch Linderung der Not hilfsbedürftiger Personen (im Sinne von § 53 Abgabenordnung).
  2. Der in Absatz 1 genannte Stiftungszweck wird insbesondere verwirklicht durch
    • Unterstützung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Erforschung entzündlicher rheumatologischer und autoimmunologischer Erkrankungen sowie Erforschung und Fortentwicklung von erfolgversprechenden Therapieansätzen (wie z. B. Behandlung mit Aldosteron, Spironolacton und Kalium-Magnesium-Aspartat, einzeln oder in Kombination) für Erkrankungen des vorbenannten Formenkreises.
    • Durchführung eigener Forschungsprojekte, selbstlos und ohne Förderung eigenwirtschaftlicher Interessen,
    • Organisation und Förderung von Seminaren, Kongressen und Veranstaltungen der Forschung und des wissenschaftlichen Austauschs einschließlich der Information in allgemein zugänglichen Medien über die Forschungs- und Tagungsergebnisse,
    • Vergabe von Forschungsaufträgen, wobei deren Ergebnisse bekannt gemacht werden, und Vergabe von Zuschüssen zu solchen Forschungsprojekten.

Die Stiftung kann dabei mit anderen Einrichtungen zur Durchführung solcher Maßnahmen zusammenarbeiten.

§ 1 Name, legal form, registered office

  1. The foundation is named Prof. KH René Koczorek Foundation.
  2. It is a legally valid foundation of civil law.
  3. Its head office is in Munich.

§ 2 Foundation purposes

  1. The purpose of the Foundation is the promotion of science and research as well as public health and public health care (in the sense of Article 52 of the Tax Regulations), in particular in the fields of inflammatory rheumatological and autoimmune diseases (eg Progressive systemic sclerosis, Rheumatoid arthritis , Lupus erythematosus, Crohn’s disease) with the aim of researching and developing therapeutic methods for diseases of the above mentioned class, and / or the promotion of charitable activities by alleviating the need for persons in need of assistance (within the meaning of § 53).
  2. The purpose of the foundation referred to in paragraph 1 shall be achieved in particular by:
    • Support appropriate measures for the investigation of inflammatory rheumatological and autoimmunological diseases, as well as research and development of promising therapeutic approaches (eg treatment with aldosterone, spironolactone and potassium-magnesium aspartate, individually or in combination) for diseases of the abovementioned class.
    • Carry out own research projects, selflessly and without promoting economic interests,
    • Organization and promotion of seminars, congresses and events of research and scientific exchange, including information in generally accessible media on the research and conference results,
    • Giving grants for research contracts, the results of which are announced and the granting of additional allowance for eligible research projects.

The Foundation may cooperate with other bodies aiming at the same goals to carry out aforementioned activities.
